Andy Thelen is a Principal at The Criterion Fund, where he focuses on capital markets, including debt and equity placement, and supports investment sourcing across the firm’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Criterion, Andy led the capital markets department for a national development company, where he closed more than $200 million in project value for both internal and third-party clients. He maintains strong relationships with lenders and investors and plays an active role in sourcing acquisition and development opportunities nationwide.
