Co-Founder
Braden Cheek is a co-founder and Managing Principal of The Criterion Fund, where he leads the firm’s acquisition and investment strategy and oversees day-to-day operations. He has been involved in the acquisition of more than $350 million in commercial real estate assets.
Prior to launching Criterion with his partners, Braden served as Director of Asset Management for a $100 million portfolio at another real estate firm. He continues to play an active role in capital strategy, working with a network of investors to deploy capital into cash-flowing commercial real estate opportunities.
