Joel Thompson is a Principal at The Criterion Fund and a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in brokerage, acquisitions, and investment strategy.
He co-founded Precision Equity in 2003, a Tulsa-based real estate investment firm that he continues to own and manage. Across his ventures, including Precision Equity, Criterion, and other partnerships, Joel has been involved in more than $500 million in commercial real estate assets.
Since joining Criterion in 2021, Joel’s focus as a Strategic Partner has been on sourcing opportunities, strengthening industry relationships, and guiding long-term acquisition strategy.
