Wade Cheek serves as Director of Operations at The Criterion Fund, where he oversees property operations and supports asset management across the firm’s portfolio. He is actively involved in site visits, property oversight, and day-to-day coordination to ensure each asset is maintained and operating effectively.
Wade brings more than 30 years of experience managing projects across multiple industries, including property development, drafting, and disaster restoration. He also spent much of his career in the auto customization industry, specializing in high-end modifications and client-focused solutions. He draws on that hands-on background to guide project execution, coordinate teams, and maintain a high standard across Criterion’s properties.
