31st Plaza was acquired with two other shopping centers in our Texas Portfolio Acquisition. The 35,626 SF shopping center is located off of S Western St and comprises 20 tenants in Amarillo, TX. The center comprises three buildings and comprises a mixture of national and local tenants, including phone stores, nail salons and pet grooming. Our business plan is to fix the failing roofs on several of these buildings, convert gross leases to NNN leases and raise rents to market.
