Coronado Shopping Center was acquired with two other shopping centers in our Texas Portfolio Acquisition. The 48,176 SF shopping center is located at the hard corner of S Georgia St & SW 34th Ave and comprises of 24 suites. Our business plan is to fix the roof, paint the building, update tenant signs, and many other items to improve the appeal of the center, allowing us to lease up the vacancies and raise the rents to market.
