Criterion acquired the property with a value-add strategy focused on strengthening long-term tenancy, improving cash flow, and creating additional value through strategic asset management initiatives. Shortly after acquisition, Criterion completed the sale of the Chipotle and Panda Express outparcel, using proceeds to reduce debt and improve the overall capital structure of the investment.
