The Criterion Fund and Martex Partners purchased 2.01 acres off of Garnett Road in Owasso, OK. The partnership has completed plans to build a three-tenant strip center anchored by Five Guys and Smoothie King and will break ground on the second tenant strip in mid-2025 for the remaining adjacent land.
