Criterion acquired the property with a value-add strategy focused on operational improvements and long-term income growth. Planned initiatives include targeted property upgrades, converting short-term tenants to longer-term leases, and aligning rents with market levels as leases renew.
The acquisition also included three outparcels that may be sold or developed separately over time. These parcels provide additional flexibility to enhance the property’s capital structure and improve overall investment performance.
