The Criterion Fund and The Retail Partners purchased 2.08 acres in Owasso, OK. The partnership executed a ground lease with Salad and Go and built a 10,443 SF strip center with Cava, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Supplement Store, Ulux Nails, and Pei Wei. The Salad and Go out parcel, which was completed first, has been sold off, while the rest of the center awaits completion.
